I recently (06/10/2011)posted a ppi credit card claim on your template letter to Natwest ppi complaint's office in Manchester. On the Wednesday (26/10/2011) of this week the letter, which had been opened, came back to me in it's original envelope which in turn was in a royal mail white envelope. On the front of the original envelope there was a royal mail red sticker with a six box tick section. The section marked 'refused' was ticked. Can someone enlighten me as to why this might happen? Is it me or is this just another example of Natwest's care -less attitude toward's it's customer's?
