Registry Cleaner Pop Ups On Computer

You should remove one of your anti-virus programs. Only one should be on your system!

can I run the above programme (steps 1-4 )while the windows update is gong on ?

no, you need to do it in safe mode after you reboot the PC and so you will not be connected to the internet

Windows update is now completed and rebooted
I have removed the free registry cleaner from the desktop ,it has gone to the recycle bin (it is not on the add/remove programmes)
Do I run the above programme offline

I would do it to be sure you are clean, these programs often open gateways to install keyloggers and other programs
