Ways to 'use' PAYG credit on mobile phone (other than calls)

Hi, I have a new phone which renders my old PAYG phone redundant. I have £15 of credit left, are there any ways to use this other than the usual calls etc. eg, can you text a charity or something to give money? can I purchace goods?
Ideas welcome.

Use up the PAYG credit in the old phone first, give it to a family member, friend?

If you want cash, use GetPoundsBack to turn that £15 credit into about £9 cash.

If you want to give to charity, set up your own free fundraising page with justtextgiving and that £15 will become a £15 charity donation, no fees deducted, and it can even be gift-aided if you are a tax payer.
