interaction between agent and network
hi i was just wondering what kind of communication is there between cash back companies and the actual network operator.
in the t & c's the cash back dealer says ' if we recieve notification of cancelled direct debit we will charge a minimum of £200 etc.... and also ' if we recieve a report of non usage from the network we will charge .... etc
it seems like the cash back agent has just passed on my details to the network (3) and 3 send me the bills.
to be honest i want to get out of this deal if i can... is there any way????
what happens if i change to a lower tariff? will they pay me cashback at the lower rate? can i cancel with 3 for some other reason so they wont contact the mobile outlet and charge me??? if i buy a cheaper phone and sell my contract one how do they know what phone i'm using?

It is very likely, indeed almost certain, that if you downgrade the tariff, fail to pay, or make any other odd changes, there will be no cashback at all. And if you cancel the contract early, the network will pursue you for payment for the contracted period.0
