I still think a separate account for them is a good idea, even if it is an account they all share. You can put work documents in a shared area that all users can access.
It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die

I think I will stick to the simplest one. It seems to work. If they happen to delete my files, I do have a copy on my computer at home. Don't think they are that malicious. I've put all my files in a separate folder, just didn't want them wandering in to find everything about my and my bf financial status! The other ways seem way too complicated and would involve me calling in our techie man which my boss would think I was mad!

What would your boss think when all the company data on your pc has gone and your network is slowed to crawl with all the bot traffic ?

:A Prevention better then cure etc .... It is not the people that are malicious, but the files they are innocently downloading etc..
    Rich people save then spend.
Poor people spend then save what's left.
