Absolutely !!!
It's a breach of SoGA, or is it DSR ?, or is it Sect 75 ?............or is it............ ??? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
Secret EU law, I thinkSquirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
Now 20% cooler0 -
Slightly off topic but similer...
I recently bought a new printer, an Epson PX720WD for £89.
The price was the same in several merchants.
I was in Best Buy yesterday and the same printer, which was £89 in Best Buy at the time I bought mine, is now £199.
No doubt another Xmas cracking discount inbound.0 -
Probably some 'pub wisdom' cobblers
Probably.
But isn't the law regarding false advertising in terms of prices something to do with if something is a mistake or not?
If someone is a mistake, then surely the shop would rectify it as soon as possible?
Leaving the wrong price there for several days after knowing about it really isn't acceptable IMO.0 -
Who says they know about it?Nothing I say represents any past, present or future employer.0

Lol, well try to look out for that, really annoying when they do that.
I think the ruling on advertising these savings, should be looked into. Selling something for £89 for the past 6 months, then £199 between 25/10 and 11/11, then being advertised at £110 off from 12/11 should be banned.0 -
