    Just had email to say my order has been processed
    thats the 1st ive heard from them since i placed the order last night
  • Okay , I'm off out now , not checking my e-mails anymore as can't be arsked now! lol

    If my parcel DOES arrive tomorrow by some strange miracle I'm gonna be OUT now anyway as going to DD's house today for her Birthday tomorrow ( should take my mind off ultra cheap teabags ;) )

    And will check in from time to time over the next few days but have a busy weekend ( hopefully , if my cold gets better ) with some Halloween partying etc so lets hope as soon as we STOP looking for confirmation e-mails etc our orders will come through and we'll be pleasantly surprised :j

  • i placed this morning at 11
  • I placed my order with the code at 11:45 this morning, having spent an hour trying with the site being so slow. Received an order confirmation email straightaway and another email at 15:24 confirming that my order had been processed (with the discount applied). Seems like the code was pulled shortly after I placed my order!

    That's what you get when you try to be a !!!!!! and then make spelling mistakes ;)

    i think the order processing emails depends on the items purchased rather than the time purchased.

    really hope i get the phones i ordered this morning

    I was only writing back to what a !!!!!! was writing to me. I merely informed people of what customer service had said and was rudely called a ''noob'' and told to to ''STOP'' :rotfl:

    I'm only 19 for god sake, a little spelling mistake surly doesn't mean I haven't got a valid point ;)

    It's pretty much not the done thing to phone when there is a glitch, regardless of whether the code was still working or not, phoning the company often gets them looking in more detail at orders that might have otherwise slipped the net.

    There was no 'need' to phone they will either turn up or they won't.

    So phoning to ask if a glitch was going to be honoured was your first mistake, second mistake was telling people on here that you had phoned :p and your continuing mistake now is to keep going on about it.
