I'm feelin frustrated too as there is no method in the madness as in tons of people who placed orders after me have had their order processed e-mail/s through and I keep checking my inbox but NADA!!!lol

Why would they need to ring and confirm your DOB I have never heard of that before.
I always put in fake numbers when ordering stuff so they wont bother me
The payments were taken on my prepay card last night.
I have no idea on the DOB thing, but I always put a real phone number if having an item delivered to my home because the deliverymen have called before saying the satnav took them to the wrong place and they needed directions, and sometimes for other reasons. I don't like giving my number, but I always do when making an order because they may legitimately need to call.0 -

Yeah wasn't going to drop myself in it as she kept saying they have no idea whats going on, (even though they do but just maybe didnt want to say so more people do it :rotfl: anyways... it is extremely annoying! Ive had 2 emails with order processing but nothing else. People are getting phone calls now, but im not at home am at work! Might just ring them and say ive had a missed call to speed up the process! (bearing in mind i placed my orders last night)0 -

Maybe they don't have any idea whats going on since its all being done SO RANDOMLY it doesn't make sense to US either as usually orders are processed in chronological order & there seems to be no order in this as in those with 'order processed' e-mails have ordered AFTER us!!
Its all in disarray it seems but I hope they all just go through no problem , even for the fleabayers I suppose! lol
The Ipod shuffle & HP printer count will go up on Ebay next week for sure

If it makes anybody feel any better, I placed an order last night and didnt get an email saying order received at all, but I have had an email this morning saying the order has been processed. I really hope it is honoured as I really need the printer cartridge that I have orderedMummy to 4 beautiful but expensive children0

What a joke! Rang customer service again just to see how my order was getting along from last night around 10pm! They have no record of it and can not find it anywhere. In the background it is total chaos, basically she told me the whole website has mucked up and peoples orders are left right and centre and not even there any more even though they look like they are. I said about my money being held out of my bank and she said the only way to get it back is to cancel the order but she couldn't physically find my order to do anything about it. Basically phone back tomorrow if I don't hear anything. She tried looking for my order, took ALL my details..but NOTHING! I even got a email with an order acknowledgement but apparently doesn't mean anything and is only an automated system. In fact she was quite rude about the whole thing!0

Why are you all calling up staples. Its obvious they are a bit busy. STOP calling and orders will get sent out quicker but if there constantly on the phone it will take them longer.
Seriously whats the rush. If you get a parcel tommorrow cool, if you dont call them then.
If mine arrives tommorrow or monday great, if not i'll chase up whats wrong / refund after the weekend probably tuesday. Once things have calmed down a little.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
