i placed an order this morning at 11 still i have't received an email saying order received.
will they cancel my order?0 -

Seriously whats the rush. If you get a parcel tommorrow cool, if you dont call them then.
If mine arrives tommorrow or monday great, if not i'll chase up whats wrong / refund after the weekend probably tuesday. Once things have calmed down a little.
:rotfl: ''STOP''... ''NO'' Im sure their customer service team DOES NOT send out the parcels so it will not effect the time it takes for parcels to be dispatched or not. People do not like to be left in limbo and I'm certainly impatient, I thought id bother to inform people of what they have told me but next time I wont bother! If my orders not even there I would like my money back, I do not have to justify ringing them anyways :rotfl:0 -
Hopefully they'll honour the orders where we've actually spent some money with them, haha0

I have just had an email to 'undisclosed-recipients' saying my order is cancelled due to adverse weather in the far east, and they can not get supplies of the item I ordered.
Anyone else had this ?:kisses:0 -

And so are the 1000's of other's who placed an order, ringing them up wont make it come any quicker.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
:T fortune with those less fortunate :T
:T than themselves - you know who you are!:T0 -
I think its ok to ring now the code is no longer working as its already been stopped .... The kn*bs are the people who ring up while the code is still working therefore alerting them even more to the glitch or whatever and therefore escalating it being stopped but most calls after the code has been pulled have been helpful as in none of us know what the heck is going on , even though it sounds like they don't know either :rotfl:
Bit scarey if there is NO RECORD WHATSOEVER of some of our orders placed!!!
That happened to me once with Woolworths and getting a refund was a NIGHTMARE as they had no record of the order I was asking for a refund for , shambles!!0 -
I ordered last night....at around 9.30pm...still no email at all:(0
