I don't understand your comments about s75 here. It it irrelevant what name is on the credit card slip. If SMA is processing the payment on behalf of the vendor of the car, then the transaction is covered by s75.

Getting a third party to process a payment for you is not money laundering - it is quite common.

Dear Mr and Mrs Ndagrwa
I believe you have made it quite clear over the last 20 months you have no respect for English Law. A and E Car Sales for which you are both directors have lied to me on many occasions, ignoring my written correspondence and have shown contempt for the Met Police and its mediation, while continuing to behave in an unprofessional manner. As you are also Directors of Africa Spirit Trading Ltd and Manley Care Ltd these companies can also not be trusted.

From my experience of dealing with A and E Cars you have proved to be worst kind of people, the ones who use Religion to make people think you are God fearing, the only God you worship is money. I have stock lists from last year which I will be publishing on this site in the near future.

A number of people on this site are very annoyed at the goings on of these so called Directors.
