EQ was a limited company so is Jet. If EQ went in to liquidation you can only claim what belongs to that company and I'm afraid You cant take anything that is under Alberto name or Jet.
The case is to prove that Alberto is still selling cars in there and this is trading standards job. The should be on his neck at all the time, I'm gonna call them tomorrow just to refresh the case.

EQ have sent notice to company house in Jul/Aug 2010 - 3 months prior to closing , they had to do that by law I think. Alberto was a director of EQ in 2010 till Oct then it changed to someone called SOFIA ROSA BUTA and she was silent director till end of EQ.

You can find all this info in companies house, all their companies are there.

I wouldn't post it here your visit dates to them. I now that Alberto is watching this forum closely. Each time I have posted info about them (address/name/telephone) I've noticed change on there website very next day. Only recently ( last 10 days) they haven't changed anything, maybe they can't be bothered anymore because they know any change will be published here anyway :rotfl:

I know you are not bothered by Alberto, nobody is, he is a small time crook. What I meant was that there is a big chance he won't be there at the time of your visit, so your chances of getting any money back from Jet are pretty slim. They claim to be new company with no idea of whereabouts of mr Alberto. It's rubbish but that's the story they give to trading standards last time they visited them.

Anyway good luck to You and I hope I'm wrong on this one.

In any case the fact he was present there proves he is the owner of Jet car sales and the whole name change was only to avoid paying Court Orders.

WARNING CLOCKED CARS SOLD HERE - Mr Alberto Quissanga (Kissa) did not show up in court 3 weeks ago, and provided no defence. There is now a County Court Judgement with Mr Quissanga's name on it. The car he sold me was knowingly clocked, while Mr Quissanga and a Mr Artwell Ndagurwa reneged on a Police mediated deal. Mr Quissanga has messed myself and the Police about for over 2 years. There is also K&S Cars and Jet Car Sales Ltd. Be aware of people who use this address they are untrustworthy and will say anything. If they believe you to be religious they will blaspheme to get the deal, these are the worst kind of people!

There is now a CCJ and open Police file against Mr Quissanga, I have also been dealing with Trading Standards and Bow Street Magistrates court. The only way to stop Quissanga is to go to the Police and Trading standards the more of us do that the better. The Directors address for Jet Cars is a false address. Again these are the type of people they are. It is also worth contacting ConocoPhilips about Jet Cars Sales, they (ConocoPhilips) have asked me to feedback on the reply I get from the Jet Fuel station 'owner'.

They keep changing the story. This is email which I received from Trading Standards at the end of Oct 2011.

"The current occupier of the premises is a company called Jet Car Sales Limited. They have a salesman called Imran Saleem who says the owner is a Ms Samantha Baigent"

Today I have rang Jet and spoke to guy called Vish? He said the owner is guy called Imran.
What a bunch of liars.
