  • I'm sure trading standards would be a good start to getting even.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

you might get even but you wont get your money back.
Before you point fingers, make sure your hands are clean !;)
  • And if you don't go to trading standards you still won't get your money back and have missed out the getting even bit.

  • I bought a ford focus from them. At that time they called themselves E and Q car sales. After few weeks and less than 500 miles car broke down - engine failure. When I contact them they refused to repair car or return money. It cost me nearly £1500 to get new engine in.

As mentioned before by JohnP2 this cheat is keep closing and opening new companies, appointing half of Zimbabwe as silent directors, but in fact man in charge is still the same person.

Just stand outside with a sandwhich board handing out flyers on a Saturday for a few hours.

They will soon pay up to get rid of you.

You don't need written warranty from a car dealer as you are "protected" by SOGA. I have put down protected in "..." because in real life it's all big bo***ks
In this country "company" (read crooks) have more rights than customers even if they do more bad than good.
Every idiot can buy a faulty car from ebay, remove all faults from description and put it back on for sale on autotrader etc as perfectly good.

Big shame this year rioters in London didn't burn this place down At least one good thing they would have done for the society
