    Why? She receives what she is entitled too. Its up to the goverment to look at the crazy situation, if she had had her stroke over retirement age she wouldn't be entitled to the higher rate mobilty so all she would lose £51.40 PW, If she didn't have such a high income it would make her less vulnerable to the bucket loads of physic& lotto scam artists that post 20 letters a day. she wouldn't tele shop so much but her OAP day-care centre lost there funding in the cuts so she stuck at home alone 90% of the time. that will cost them more in the long time, as the daycare program kept her and her brain active she will be needing nursing care sooner then she would have.
