I don't see why you can't obtain a court order for the return of your property. The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0

Then that is where you serve it. When they don't comply, you hand it over to the bailiffs and get them to do the legwork for you.The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0 -

Why is post not being delivered? Besides that, I don't think it matters. People can't avoid debts and liabilities because the Royal Mail won't deliver. The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0 -
I thought the issue here is:
a) is it a LTD company, if so what is the company number so we can see if it is insolvent or not. This gives us some options..
b) is it a sole trader, hence run by Andrew Powell. Then you can keep a watch out to see if he is being made insolvent.
It looks like you have another lead thanks to a previous poster, the mother. Maybe you could try to find where she lives?
Do you have any receipts with the company name/number, or the proprietor?
Edit: Just to add it's nothing to do with data protection whether a company registered that domain through themselves or not. However I'm guessing it's an individual.0
