are you using parental controls? if not, disable it under IE, tools, internet options, content

If you have a java icon in control panel, click it, advanced, misc - untick java quick starter, and untick place icon in system tray.

I dont know what abby fine reader is.
I thought I had uninstalled facemoods but it keeps popping up. I can't find it in uninstall programmes anymore, it seems to have vanished.
i attempted to use parental controls but don't know how to uninstall it.
what is windows defender? don't I need it? I thought it was security.
I do not know what lightscribe is so can't use it!
I don't know what pdf document manager is either, so can't use that much !!!
