Woodburner for boiler heating

I am just about to get two woodburners installed into a house we're rennovating and I would like to use them to also heat the hot water and central heating.

I understand that you need to buy an extra back boiler for the woodburner but has anyone got experience of doing this in the past and can advise on some or all of the following:

1) What's the best boiler to get in this case?
2) Can we run two woodburners into one boiler?
3) What KW woodburner is best to get given that we'll be losing heat to the boiler?

And any other advice gladly recieved.

Thanks
Ben

Hi...Have you had a HETAS installer on site to conduct a survey and discuss your requirements ? Tbh, he/she would be best placed to advise.

P.S. Have you given up on the combi idea or is this a different property than your previous thread?

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Well for starters clip in boilers as they call them I wouldnt go for, go to a Stove specialist and let them do the figures so you get the right size of stove / boiler combination.

You can have two stoves running into an accumulator tank or why dony you just go for one large stove with boiler to do the whole lot ?

We have a 8Kw Charnwood Cove II stove with boiler, this puts 5Kw to the central heating / hot water and 3Kw to the room which is more than adequate.
