I have various OOD cartridges listed at the moment; they are actually from work and the profit from the listing (ie after all fees) will be going back to them (it's a school, so it will go into school funds). I have clearly listed that they are out of date and included the date and country of manufacture in the listing. As I checked for similar listings beforehand (to help with wording) I noticed that many others listed were also OOD.

I would have expected to get VERY poor feedback had I omitted to include this!

Yes, it has run out already and I got 20 pages less than the last one, so not too bad, I suppose
Blimey, you used that quickly!! You may have purchased the smaller capacity cartridge - with HP they usually offer a low and a high capacity cartridge for each printer. For my all-in-one I always go for the higher cap which I think is 17ml - it works out much better value than the low cap.

Its another thing to be wary of as some sellers don't state the capacity and you could end up paying the high cap price for a low cap cartridge.

Yes. I had to print off 150 sheets. I do use the xl ones as well,in fact I bought one from someone else just after. Had this standard one been in date, the price would have been proportionate. Not such a good buy as I thought though!

I sold some Epson ink a few years ago, turned out they were short dated. The buyer let me know after he recieved them, until then i never knew ink had a date on it.

the printed date on all HP inkjet supplies is the “Warranty ends” date and newer HP ink supplies do not have built in ink expiration dates
