 I have been a SKY customer for broadband+sky talk+ TV and all of a sudden I find I am being charged £10 for the unlimited internet which should be on;y £7.50 a month> when I got in touch with SKY I found out that I had been charged that for over 6 months which they were happy to refund - A system error I was told. But said they could not bring me down to £7.50 though unless I am willing to sign a years contract with them. WHY????
Will be writing the Head Hobos at SKy and will keep you posted of the outcome.

No its still £7.50, assuming you take Talk as well, not sure if taking line rental affects things for existing customers.
Skys billing needs a degree in cryptography to understand though at the best of times.
