Once again I feel compelled to write to say, ITS FREE!! it doesnt cost anything to be nice.
I browse this site on a daily basis and get very dismayed to see such snide nasty comments from the allegedly "not so newbies" etc etc to some peoples first posts.
I know some are spammers but they are easy to spot.
It doesnt cost anything to have/use good manners.
We all have to start somewhere.

A minor point - letting off steam or having a rant here is also a good thing for ones health - so a free health benifit of reducing ones stress levels and reducing the worry by getting some fantastic advice here.

Thanks for the post, email/post are a great way to commit social and employment suicide, its alll too easy to send a message when you are shrouded in your red mist of rage, and before you check what has been typed you send it.

I have done this in the past where an innocent mesage turned nasty due to grammatical errors.

I think it is hard to show a true feeling or intent in the written word by this kind of messaging.
So many times can an innocent remark be taken completely the wrong way.

Sometimes its well worth re reading a post before replying to it in case you (me), as a reader, have got the wrong end of the stick.

The same can be said for re reading our own posts just before we hit Send!
