@bobajob 1966, Audi cars look amazing, hence, i purchased one... i just didnt expect to have all the problems i have had. its not a personal grudge against the dealership its just an unfortunate series of event that have taken place and that people are not willing to put right. and i am fortunate to still have the documents to prove that documents had been forged. what happened happened and it happened at a certain audi dealership.lol

@ ILW, just the amount i had paid them and not received back which is about 11k...i dont think that is an unreasonably request oh and they did agree to this 4 month back but then when i accepted they withdraw the offer !?!

So you think you should have had 5 years use of the car for nothing, purely because the paint was not perfect?

Think you are on a hiding to nothing and it appears your solicitor thaought the same.

ILW, you are right, but look at it this way i offered on more than one occasion to hand the vehicle back and either have it replaced or just to have a full refund and they refused and also to be considered is why didnt they just come and take the vehicle back after all i hadnt been paying for it for over 2 years in which time the had contacted me just once via a debt agency who then relaised the finance agreement they had had a different reg plate number to the car i had and thus returned it to vwfs as they had no legal ground to reclaim the outstanding balance or remove the car.

oh and it wasnt just the paint work, the heat shield needed replacing after a week of having the car, the car leaked so had to have the window seals replaced on over 4 occasions, the rear windscreen wiper was spraying water into the boot leading to flooding in the boot, the rear air vent was fitted incorrectly and was pumping water into the rear foot well thie was all within 2 months of having the car, numerous electrical faults ect...

Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
