    I had my supply erroneously transferred, it took about 6 weeks to put right - I was told by Consumer Direct that if this happens you are NOT liable for any charges whilst you are with the supplier you did not ask to move to. So ensure you keep records of your meter readings as you said you are paying by key card (which I don't know a thing about). But at least you should get what electric you've used in this period refunded to you.

    Not quite, what it actaully means is you will not be billed by the supplier who transferred you in error as you never agreed to join them therefore didnt agree to their T&C's.

    You will be billed by Eon for any gas/electric you have used on the prices you were already on with them for the period of time the error took place.
