    Are you using mobsync?
Do you need both WebRep and SiteAdvisor?
    Both Windows Defender and SuperAntiSpyware?
    Disable NMIndexingService

You can disable or set to manual, these services:

O23 - Service: NVIDIA Display Driver Service (nvsvc) - NVIDIA Corporation - C:\Windows\system32\nvvsvc.exe
    O23 - Service: NVIDIA Update Service Daemon (nvUpdatusService) - NVIDIA Corporation - C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NVIDIA Updatus\daemonu.exe
O23 - Service: PLFlash DeviceIoControl Service - Prolific Technology Inc. - C:\Windows\system32\IoctlSvc.exe This item, did you knowingly install it?
    O23 - Service: Remote Packet Capture Protocol v.0 (experimental) (rpcapd) - CACE Technologies, Inc. - C:\Program Files\WinPcap\rpcapd.exe

Find the Services: Start > Run > type; Services.msc

Perhaps the easiest option is to use the Last Good Known Configuration or run a System Restore.

Hi & thx for taking time to check log.......No not using mobsync, Once NMIndexingservice is found in 'services' it actually says service status 'stopped'?

    Thx

That's fine, though you should still Disable it or set it to Manual.

Yes it is set to manual....................the others you said to disable or manual, are they simply not needed?

'O23 - Service: PLFlash DeviceIoControl Service - Prolific Technology Inc. - C:\Windows\system32\IoctlSvc.exe This item, did you knowingly install it? ' NO

    Thx
