Is this a paypal scammer thing?

Best advice is to never open links from emails that relate to financial institutions (even your own bank) - not many do ask you to which is good practice. I got a similar mail but regarded it as junk/ spam. If it was really urgent, the next time you logged in, you would get a message once you've successfully logged in anyway (most bank do this - not sure if paypal does). The result of ignoring the mail and logging in was nothing. My account was fine.'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' : Member number 632
