Phone for email

I have a contract with O2 which I will be renewing soon.

I want to start using my phone to receive and send emails when I am out on client site as I am a freelance consultant.

It seems I have the choice of a Blackberry using their push system at about £15 per month extra or an O2 XDA with Microsoft Mobile v5 and using data package which start at £8 per month extra.

Both phones can use wireless and many of my clients have wireless networks I can attach to when on site.

Just wondered if anyone has experience of either, or both, and can let me know which they feel gives the best value for money nad which performs better with emails?

Thanks

Phil

(All mobiled out really, as I am changing my wife's mobile too!!)
