O2 cooling off period?
I suspect the answer to this is 'no' but wanted to see if anyone knew for sure before I go into the shop!
Went into the O2 shop last week with the intention of staying on PAYG. Someone got bamboozled into signing up to the 30 day rolling contract (am pretty impressed I managed not to end up on a 12 month contract TBH, they refused to believe how little I use my phone!). I have sat down now and worked out that I'm going to be worse off on this tariff. Now I suppose it's not the end of the world as I'm only on a 30 day contract - but is there any cooling off period? I kept the same phone so no phone to complicate things which i'm hoping works in my favour!
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

14 days with O2 for any new connection or upgrade just take it back, although I know from experience its a pain in the !!!! getting your number moved back to pay and go with the call centres0

If you use the phone so little then you may want to consider switching to giffgaff.
They use the O2 network but only charge 10p/min for calls and 6p per text. I presume you don't use data but if you should then that is also cheap.

It's easy to port your number across, just get a pac number off O2 (which lasts for 30 days)0 -
Thanks MisterBrisco - and thanks for the warning about getting my number back
Neil49 if I could persuade the hubby to move I'd be on giffgaff by now but he won't switch. Thanks though.0
