Hello! I've been a member of the boards for a while now, reading rather than posting. Although we only have our mortgage and a small business loan our income over the last year has reduced dramatically so we need to cut back in a few areas so that we don't get into more debt. Our fixed rate mortage end in February 2009 so we will be looking for ways to reduce this as well
