hi,
ordered pay monthly phone yesterday, am meant to be able to look at my order on their website but cant find it. have had email confirming order but cant see it when i log in!! does this mean theres been a problem? soory for being thick but never ordered anything off them before!

If you go to the o2 website and log in then look at the menu down the left hand side and select view my bill, this should open and the third column along should be my order I think this is what you are looking for0
