its a debit card so it will just be treated as a cash withdrawal,
why not just take it from the cash machine next door or get it from your bank, youre question is a bit strange to be honest.
Go to your bank, order your foreign currency, end of...........make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

I currently bank with an English based bank but live in Scotland so can't just pop into a branch otherwise would do that. I need cash for something else so didn't want to be caught short.0
