My parents live in an end terrace house and I don't think there are any problems with it, personally I would rather live in an end terrace than in the middle. I would imagine that its just fluky that there are lots on the market at the moment.
House purchase completed 6th December whole process took 4 months.

Hang in there everyone it is worth it

We are buying end terrace. It is terrace of 6 houses. It is 3 year old house, and on the sideit has a side access to the garden - so the side wall is not exposed for kicking the ball. On the side of the garden is a public path. We passed theer couple of times and it seemed ok, no rubbish around, etc.

The bonus is that being an end terrace it has a bigger garden.

As someone who lives alone, I prefer to live in a terraced property because of the security issue, so for this reason a semi or eot would never appeal to me, nor would a house with an access lane at the back.

My sister lives in an eot & has been broken into twice, once whilst she was in bed sleeping  .

She has also had her side fence kicked in a few times, & once came home to find some lads kicking a ball about in her garden.

I've always found her house very cold & have put it down to it having the exposed outside wall, so this is another reason why I'm not keen on eot's.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.
