Argh! I've never ventured into the Boots thread until today (always assumed Superdrug was cheaper...) but now see offers with FREE and "only 50p" and such! I'll be popping in there after work now :rotfl:

Read post#1, now please don't lynch me... but the £5 no7 voucher.... where's this from?
    :rotfl:
  • I finally plucked up the courage to try the 6-4-1 deal today (Whitgift Centre Croydon). HOORAH!!! Got 3x Glossy Locks and 3x Lip and Eye shimmer (that was all that was left unless I wanted to spend more actual cash.....which I didnt!). SA tried seperating my bundle and said they wouldnt go through with both the 3-4-2 and BOGOF offers, but I persisted and asked her to try the the whole lot together just to check. And, YES!!!, it worked. She was none too happy, especially when I handed over my £5 No7 voucher.

Then got Limited edition No7 matt lipstick (reduced to £6) and 3x gorgeous yummy shampoos with my vouchers. All in all, about £55 worth for about a fiver :D

Happy Happy Joy Joy :rotfl: Thank you all so much for all your postings and tips!!!

  • Just come back form boots and 641 def still working.
Got 6 factor 25 firming lotions for about £7.50 after no 7 voucher, plus recived another voucher. SA said to me that at that price I should go and get some more. So I did, picked up 3 factor 15 and 3 factor 8 shimmer no 7 lotions used voucher and paid £7.
So have 12 sun tan lotions 1 no 7 voucher 155 points for a total spend of £14.50. Receipts state total saved £145.50, I think thats 90% off in real terms.

as vouchers are on different products completely, they can be used in same transaction, did she do this to avoid giving you £5.00 voucher I wonder:rolleyes:

Probally - came to £8.30 before discount, and I did 2 lots :/

Just come back from Welshpool boots, and was having a nice chat with SA (got some vitamins and used the 300 point voucher, so got paid £1.01 to take them away :D), and we were talking about these deals, then mother shouted over saying the bagpuss bags were there. Apparently SAs had a notice sent to them saying the xmas label needs to be taken off them, and they were full price. I mentioned to her about me getting it for £7.50 from another store, and some friends of mine getting it for £3.75 because of the xmas label, and she was VERY surprised! No botanics body bars there, and no suncare, but it is a tiny store nevertheless. People were going crazy in savers as they're closing down.

Typical though - my cards stopped working now, arrrghhh!

Hi Cerenia, I called customer services over a week ago and they told me that the Bagpuss was discontinued and that most stores were selling for £7.50 along with boots.com. I told this to the manager of my store and even though it was coming up as £15 on the till she put it through as £7.50
