I'm pretty sure the returns info is quoted direct from the receipt on post 2 from Bham Dave, that should give you what you need.

As for the current promotion - there are usually some staff who recognise receipts get left home in order not to show discounts and I don't know if there is an official line whether they are not supposed to accept returns in this instance or not. Last year it wasn't unusual for people to be refused a full refund/exchange on Time Delay products.

I tried the 641 No7 suncare offer today, found lots of the stuff upstairs (hiding) with no signs advertising the offer.

SA looked puzzled, asked me to wait a minute, went to ask someone in the staff only area, came back what seemed like a lifetime later, said "That's £3.50 please" still looking puzzled :rotfl: She then asked if she could take my receipt for a minute, I said sorry, I'm in a hurry

I didn't have the guts to go around for a second try, but thrilled to have had enough to at least attempt it once!

Which gift bag did you try? The lipstick one didn't work for me but the pink one did. Luckily I already knew the pink one worked as I had just got one at a different til point and as the bags were right near the til i asked the SA to void the lipstick bag and try the pink one. The pink one is better anyway as it has a 250 point voucher on N07 products! So if you do it again with the voucher from the 1st pink bag and a £5 voucher you are technically being paid £1 to take them off the shelves!!!!!:j :j :j :j :j

It was the lipstick one.
They didn't have any of the other ones.

Just came back clitch on 6 41 would not work iam sure its been fixed, can anyone confirm

Shame. Will definately work with any other No7 cosmetic stuff. I don't know why the lippy bag doesn't work. The first store I tried didn't have any gift bags but the second had both types. Maybe try another store
