    .
Gastapo no7 person, (def not a woman) barked at me and asked me what I was doing with the free wrap, as I could not have one unless I purchased £15
I think they have an unhealthy obsession about the free gifts. Still I have developed an unhealthy obsession about Boots.

I've just returned from my daily boots visit, only to find yet again they have not taken off the Botanics skin care voucher or added the 100 pts vouchers. My last night trip also cost me as I used 3 No.7 vouchers - they only took two off although scanned the three and also only one of my haircare vouchers. I phoned shop and told them I've been overcharged by £8. Any suggestions about tonights visit. Should I just phone customer care.

phone customer care, they will add them as points ;)

I've been buying the vitamins.... now have a dreadful dry cough, so back to boots for more spending, lol.

Although I was lucky yesterday and found one of the new vouchers on the floor, swiped it, and then went into boots with my manager sweet talkign the perfume assistant covering late night shopping, and got a advance hydration day and night cream sample each :D

And i'm going to be an idiot, not been on here for about 3 days, whats the wrap/peel thing?

Taken me ages to read this thread. Been getting withdrawal symptoms though not seeing any more pics of peoples secret stashes of stuff (or is it mines that is secretly stashed away??)

Had my Boots fix today and forced myself to spend over £10 to use the 75 points on a £10 spend from AC machine. Finally got a 100 points for any 3 Smile products voucher (none when I checked at a different branches AC machine yesterday).

    Boots: 3 x cordysl mouthwash (3 for 2)
1 x Boots cold/flu capsules (used 100 points from Boots mag)
3 x 50ml Boots smile toothpaste (3 for 2) (used 100 points from AC machine)
Also used 75 points for £10 spend from AC machine
used 2 x £2 Boots gift vouchers (£10.15 tototal spend)

    Got the facial skincare vouchers.

Popped into the small Boots in Princess Street next to Burger King (another bad experience as usual). Tried getting a reduced pack of Sanctuary wipes and used 200 points AC voucher but points didn't go on. An interfering SA (NOT ONE WHO SERVED ME) said in as a 'matter of fact' tone that I shouldn't be using AC vouchers other than from store I printed it from and that is why it wouldn't automatically add, she said wouldn't work as their store doesn't have AC machine.

Not sure if this is true but last year I managed to do this in a different store ok.

Anyway I told SA to just refund my transaction and I would use my 200 points voucher elsewhere. Interfering SA made sure the 5 points from transaction was deducted from my Boots card as she took over and did it herself.

Well I just thought to myself stuff you at least I've finished my work and able to shop whilst she was still stuck at work being a miserable uptight b*g whereas I enjoy my job that pays better than hers.

Yesterday, had a bad experience too in my local branch, was trying to return hairspray as it had jumped up in price from £3.65 to £4.49 in days and only noticed later. Asked if I could get the small hairspray £2.49 instead (essentailly free bearing in mind £3 haircare voucher) and just be refunded £1.49. Well manager was called to deal with transaction who told me I had lost my rights to £3 haircare voucher and would only get £1.49 back and have to pay £1 in addition if I wanted the mini hairspray.

Couldn't be bothered arguing with her so just left it. This time a 'power crazy' manager who doesn't ever like anyone to get anything cheap/ free/ offers etc. She must think she owns this branch of Boots.

If I wasn't so addicted to all these offers I'd avoid certain branches of Boots but I'd be thinking about all those baragins that I "must" have...yikes!!!

My first day out for 2weeks today.....................where did I go ...................Boots :)
Had an awful time of it and came back and had to have a lie down (have been ill, not the shop that did it).
To use my last 2 £5 vouchers I asked at the no.7 counter if I could use them on reduced items.
The SA said yes, so I got 2 lip gloss palletes @ £4.50 each. She said that was ok but I wouldn't get change, which I wasn't expecting.
It took over 1 hr for someone to eventually have the sense to over-ride the items and punch £5 into the till rather than £4.50.
I had to go to 4 different tills before this was done. I was almost crying.
They wasn't going to let me have them because they were cheaper than the voucher????
On the plus side I did get 2 Guiness gift sets in tins for £1.12 each, reduced from £10.
1 virtual boyfriend for £1, reduced from £10.
2 breakfast trays (tray, jam, bucks fizz, egg cup, wine glass, toast rack) for £1.50, reduced from £15.
3 lots of Xmas cards @ 19p each, reduced from £2.97. There were quite a lot of these sets left, not much else though, in Lewisham branch at 3.30 this afternoon.
So a good day on my first day back on my feet. I think I'll have to have a long break to recover properly for the next round though.

I need to top up my orange phone and thought that I would do this in boots so I could get a skin voucher ;)

I normally do this via the cash point so what do I need to do this in boots. Do I need a top up card or do I get a voucher.

I am rather clueless. Noting unsual there I know :rotfl:

    Thanks in advance.
