    Got two free wraps today.
Put one in bottom of basket as told, put HEAT mag on top, then 3 x smile toothpaste (all ready for my shoe boxes at Xmas), 2 x face serums, plus a couple of talcum powders at 50p each.
SA put them through. Checked bill, stood ages waiting for her to say how much, she checked receipt, checked till said I shouldn't be able to have wrap cos I haven't spent £15. Said I had bought £7.50 face serums (no signs whatsoever of BOGOF in store). SA said she would let me have it this time but not anymore as she was going to check on it. I stood there just shrugging my shoulders, saying nowt. Then handed over my £5 No 7 voucher - she wasn't best pleased! I paid £6.83 and came away smiling. Little did she know I had got another wrap about 5 mins earlier from over near the perfume counter without any hitches;) :p:D !

    Hello Ladies,

Don't often post on here, but thought I would today as I spotted quite a few bits in the Crawley branch today...

Lots of the half price No. 7 Glyco Peel sets left by the No. 7 counter. And lots of ladies looking at all the No. 7 stuff & all holding vouchers! The Glyco Peel sets had a half price sign by them, but nothing stating what their original price was, so not sure many people realised what a bargain they were with the £5 vouchers.

Lots of reduced make-up, suncreams & other bits upstairs on shelves near the kiddies clothes section...
    Soltan Aftersun,
a few Sanctury Self Tan sets reduced to £4.99 (not sure if the new £2.50 voucher would work with these???),
    Piz Buin self tan,
17 lip glosses (lots of different shades),
some reduced Time Delay & Danielle Ryman stuff,
lots of different Botanics bits all reduced
and other various Boots brand creams, moisturisers and shampoos.

Also, some Botanics wipes were reduced to 99p (got 3 with the £2.50 off voucher, so only paid 50p) - found them on the sale shelves with the other reduced Botanics stuff. There were quite a few packs left.

The ACM allowed me to print off as many of the vouchers as I wanted for:-
100 points for Umberto Giannini Dazzling Shine
150 points for Sanctury Spa Skincare
    300 points for 2 selected Toni&Guy Haircare
    and the Smile one too.
All had expiry dates of 27 Feb 2007.
Normally the Print Voucher option disappears after I've printed it once, but was able to keep printing them today.

And I have 1 question, please. I bought 2 of the No.7 Glossy Locks Hair Spritz things on Tues on BOGOF. Didn't use any vouchers or anything as they were for my Mum and I'd all ready used all my vouchers. Turns out my Mum had also gone and bought them the same day and forgot to call me to say not to worry, she'd got them. Tried to return them today with my receipt but they wouldnt take them back (went to the Baby Section counter). The SA checked with the Manager & they said they were cosmetics, so not allowed to return them. Explained that my Mum & I had just duplicated them in error, but they wouldn't have any of it. Should I try again in a couple of days, but go to the pharmacy or photo counter?

    Thanks ladies!

You can try again saying that they are duplicates, or say that you had an allergic reaction, or phone customer services and see if they really do class them as cosmetics, if they don't get the name of the person you've spoken to and go back and ask for a refund as per customer services.

    Good luck.

Just got back from my final Boots trip for a while (the £2.50 facial care vouchers just don't seem as appealing as the no7/haircare ones were!)

    1 x no7 preholiday serum - £7.50
    1 x no7 cooling facial aftersun - FREE
    1 x wrap - FREE
    1 x Lee Stafford Conditioner
    - £5 and £3 vouchers
    = £3.49 :j

I paid at the main tills and luckily the 'Till number X' thingy called me to the only male SA serving!

Plenty of the Glycopeel kits at Bath (main store), with a sign saying half price, were £16 now £8. I only had 1 voucher left though and even with all my 36 suncare items already accumulated, I didn't have either of the ones I got today so went for them instead.

I tried the SA said it is not covered by the voucher she didn't try to scan it through let us know how you get on with this one.

throat thingies & flu tablets & sachets all work with the voucher but you must do seperate tranactions, OH was with me so I did flu sachets .99p & OH did throaties both with the 100 points voucher :)

I just got back from boots, used my new 2.50 voucher on 1.79 sanctuary charcoal mask thing. Are people using the ACM voucher for this too even thought it has excludes sachets and minis?

I was a little sad in boots today as I lined up with my last £5/3 voucher in hand but also quite relieved i think.

No more snooping down aisles for the best deals-
No more slyly and ever so quietly snatching no7 products from behind the back of the no7 prison guard(watch out SHES BEHIND YOU!)-
No more sculking in the corner, dropping my vouchers all over the place as i try to work out the best combinations!!!

    No I was relieved
Im bogged off with BOGOF and my brain is addled by 341,342,641 I cant even count 1 2 3 anymore.
Handed everything over ,content that id just made the £5 threshold for new voucher-except that the reduced 20p toothpaste was 3 42 so grabbed tissues. Oh what a relief-Its all over for now
OH GOD WHATS THAT PEEKING OUT FROM THE BOX OF TISSUES-NOOOO!! ANOTHER £3 VOUCHER-My hand shot out as if it had a life of its own grabbed it and off I went again.
Haircare was alright but i found another bloody £5 skincare one in the haircare section.GOD ALMIGHTY IS THERE NO WAY OUT OF THIS SHOP.IS THIS MY LIFE FROM NOW ON!!!
Last transaction and my exit from the place was conducted with my eyes placed somewhere just below ceiling level-i really didnt want to chance seeing anymore vouchers!!!!!!!!!!

Similar experience for me, this morning! The SA picked up the two £7.50 items and said immediately that I wouldn't be entitled to the free wrap because the No7 sun stuff was BOGOF (no signs in this store either) and I had to spend £15. So I looked surprised:rolleyes: and said "Oh! Would you mind trying for me anyway?" Cue sigh and prune face from the SA as she scanned the wrap. Of course it worked. "That shouldn't have happened" she snapped. "Lucky me then" I said cheerily, and handed over my last £5 voucher. She was NOT happy to say the least, her body language was classic! She asked me if I'd done this before. "Done what?" I asked:p "How was I to know the stuff was BOGOF - there are no signs anywhere" picked up bag and waltzed off. First time I've had any negative comment made to me at all - must avoid that SA in future!

Made up a little gift set to give as a pressie to someone, Ted Baker bodywear stuff. Spend over £8 and got the free purple make up bag, so instead made it over £10 so used my £2 off voucher as well. quite chuffed with that, nothing grabbed me in the sanctuary range ( @ prices!) but this is perfectly suited as a gift. Gonna get a nice box to pack it all in with tissue paper so it looks more plush :rotfl:

    Hi
I tried this yesterday & till would not accept voucher - supervisor called & said that as make up bag was free I couldn't use voucher - embarassed me in front of rather large queue!! I left it & called customer services who said it won't work as can't combine the 2 offers, gave me some points as a 'sorry' for how I was spoken to.
Well done for getting this to work - one question tho - did the SA have to override the till to get the voucher to work???
    Thanks
    Dawn :confused::confused::confused:
