used £5 voucher to get £2 no7 body shimmer and £3.75 no7 sauna masks from reduced items shelf - should i have got another one - are reduced items on 342? only thought of this on way home!

got 641 suncare too, plus found a hidden reduced haircare bit and used a £3 hair voucher to get john frieda sheer blonde total colour protector - got two of these for £1.49 each - so both were free with 1 voucher....so pleased.

also in LOWESTOFT suffolk boots nearly all the suncare no7 is now upstairs! (thought this may help someone unless i'm the most easterly boots tart?!):rotfl:

yo gals I had a field day at boots!

didi the buy one get 5 free -3glossy locks and 3 lip shimmer sun protection

£5.50 used voucher cost 50p!!

Bought a botanics foundations for £1 got 100 points & free moisturising product

bought 2 reduced hair products used £3 voucher cost 50p

bought may sarnies £1.10 less 5op coupon from change one thing.


got a time delay starter pack £5 used coupon from change one thing so free!

used the 100 point voucher for vits reduced to £1.05 and as bogof got 2 lots of calcia tabs for cost of one reduced aT £1.23

So I love you all and Boots too!

The went to wilko and lots of make up items for 25p so stocked up on my fave colours.

I MUST SORT OUT MY OLD THINGS I MUST ...............

You can do this via the boots website if you scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the 'help' option, then scroll again to the bottom of the help page to click on where it says 'contact us' . Sorry I cannot post a link as the Boots site is very slow for some reason and the pages keep hanging.

Have found this email for sending complaints (in the complaining about the online pharmacy section), can someone put it on the front page please? On the link for making complaints, it just says contact the store manager (mine couldnt organise a knees up in a brewery judging by her handling of complaints) or ring the helpline, which will just direct you back to the store manager.

I did find some links for making complaints but nobody has replied yet, so guess they dont reply when you send the complaint to the wrong department.

Had loads of Botanics weekend pamper packs reduced to £2
Also they had blemish sticks reduced to £1

Both worked with free moisturiser offer!

Also I complained after spending over £5 yest in boots and not being given a voucher and the sa being very dismissive of me got an email back today saying my account being credited with 750 points! Result also manager going to have word with said girl who treated me like something she's trodden on cause i dared ask shouldnt i get a voucher!

I just went to boots.com and used the contact us link, took about 3 days to get a proper reply.
