I think my Mum must have got the best freebie of all!!! She was at Fosse Park Leicester on Tuesday night. Brought some stuff, but had too go back to the car to get some more cash to pay for some other stuff.

She got back to the car and opened up the boot, when she realised she still had a Boots Basket on her arm. She daren't walk back in with it so just chucked it in the car.

I could not stop laughing when she told me!!!:rotfl:

I've thanked you because you made me laugh SO much:p , not because I condone shoplifitng in any form :naughty::naughty: , before someone starts shouting at me :o

I find that the alarm beeps quite often when I leave Boots after making a purchase, I would stop and wait, wsa told on at least 2 occasions to just go as it was ok.... problem was that every other shop I went into at the retail park alarms beeped at me on my way in.. I was SO embarassed I had to go back to Boots and ask them to stop me from beeping :o :rotfl: :rotfl:

I've got some vouchers from burgundy bag that lef unused  I know, they expired yesterday, but sometimes they're still working, if SA didn't pay attention to the valid date and just scan them. Maybe someone already tried it and could confirm - will it work today or not

This just happened to me when I bought something from Boots. Staff ignored the bleeping so I just carried on walking, and then I bleeped in and out of Tesco! The security guards were giving me funny looks as I walked in. I felt like a thief and thought they were going to search me.

This has happened to me too so now I just put stuff in the car before going on to another shop!
  • Hello,
I'm newbie, so please be nice to me :A
I'm Boots parenting club member, and got £16 OFF No7voucher. If i got it right, that would deduct 24,50£ suncare kit? I want to buy 2x24,50 suncare kits (BOGOF), and 2x5,50 suncare items, that would make the till think that I'm spending 60£ and would let me have 4 wraps? Am I right? And would £5OFF No7 voucher work together with this offer? Or maybe it will deduct 5£ OFF more expensive item? Im totally confused  please help if someone already tried it!
    Thanks in advance :j

I have just got 2 more jewellery wraps. I bought
    2X no7 face serum 7.50 bogof
    -£5 voucher
    = £2.50

    1x no7 glycolic face peel £8 (reduced from £16)
    -£5 voucher
    = £3

I was even trying to avoid my favourite SA today because I thought she might think I'm stalking her. So I went to a different Sa, but just as I was leaving fav SA turned up and said "Back again - have you moved in here?!".

I think I'm too embarrassed to use my last two £5 vouchers. I'll have to go to a different store on my way home.
  • Hi just got back from my lunch break and been bootsing! I got sum suncare items BOGOF, my free bag and used the £5 voucher. I only had to pay £3.50. It's a shame these vouchers have ended :-(. I found out about the 6 4 1 offer late and didn't get any 6 4 1 :-(. The people who have got lots of these bargains are very brave and geniuses - well done. I've been v impressed with the photos people have posted!

Anyone wanting the free bag - don't be afraid to try the BOGOF suncare and use the £5 voucher as it really does work.

Couldn't stop laughing when read this -I could just imagine doing that myself.
Best laugh I've had all week!

I sometimes feel so guilty at all the things I've got free etc I rush out when I've finished shopping. Other day I had 4 big bags of stuff & the alarms went off as I went through the door, went back to the tills & felt like a criminal hoping they wouldn't go through the bags & receipts, not because I'd stolen anything but because I'd got so much stuff & paid so very little, my OH phoned to ask where I was cos he had come to pick me up & had been waiting ages. 2 SA tried scanning different bags but alarm went off again, they got some stuff out & scanned then I tried again alarm still went off, I was going red & saying had to rush husband waiting in car, I must have looked SO guilty, in the end said it didn't matter if wasn't doing any more shopping but I was escorted to the outside doors by 2 SA & had to go through 2 lots of doors, 2 lots of alarms going off!! Was glad I'd used up all my vouchers & wouldn't need to go back for a while:rotfl:

thats worked fine for lots of us.remember to hand over all items first when till totals up cost then hand over the voucher.

Another tip: put the free wrap at the bottom of your basket so the SA scans it last. I didn't do this yesterday and the SA tried to scan it first. Nothing happened so I then had to explain the situation. Still got it but made it more 'complicated'...

Ah...got my last 2 No7 vouchers to use up today. Not sure whether I should get 1 or 2 free wraps?? Or should I just get some more wipes? Decisions, decisions...
Going to miss the No7 glitch. Got so much stuff, esp. on 641. My mum is coming to visit this weekend, so think I'll give some to her.
