Okay peeps, I'm a complete Boots newbie. I've tried following this thread but must admit to getting a bit confused with it all (not hard either for me either :p ).

So, I've got a voucher which expires tomorrow. A £3 professional haircare voucher (and I do need shampoo) and a £5 colour cosmetics and skincare voucher. Would some kind peeps please recommend how best I go about using these?

Thanks in advance for any replies :)

I spent the last of my £3 ones on Umberto Gianninis Dazzling shine shampoo Its £3.95 and there is a 100 points when you buy it from the AC machine, so 5p better off:)

Also today got the Soltan Self tan starter kit Half price at £2.49 and 100 points in the ACM
Finally found a half price time delay facial kit only to find out the £5 off in the little booklets exp on the 30th:( Used the £2.50 voucher instead so paid £2.50

Also notice in the ACM ther is £1 off and 50p off 17 Ulimate volume mascara and in the look great booklet there is also a £1 any 17 mascara.
    Mascara is £4.75 - £2.50 = £2.75 ( if they all work together)

Forgot to add the Boots in Eastville bristol has not had any of the new £2.50vouchers in yet so didnt get one even thought i spent £5.96:(

Just been finding spaces for all my goodies and thought I'd add up what I got and what I'd spent! All of my Boots stuff comes to a staggering £1140 :T and I've spent £98.40 but I still have £30 on my advantage card that I didn't have to start with! I think this is amazing and would like to thank all who have posted and helped me make the most of the offers. BTW, anyone want to buy a sisal buffer - going cheap!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

If this is the £5 No7 voucher you could buy 2 x conditioning face serums @ £7.50 but on bogof so £7.50 to pay less the voucher leaves £2.50. You also get the new No7 gift bag with this. I think that's a good way to use the voucher. You can also get Umberto Gianni Glossy Mist with the £3 voucher and this works out free.
  • Morning everyone, what fantastic pictures you've been posting, there's hope for me yet when i pluck up the courage to go for it.

  • Hi - With my £2.50 off facial skincare today I got the £2.99 Botanics eye make up remover 150ml and also used a 100 points Botanics voucher from the mag - so paid 49p for it and got £1 in points! Thanks Boots :rotfl:

Here's my other bargains today :

With my last 2 £3 off haircare vouchers got 1x Umberto Gianni dazz shine mist for free :D (should be £2.99). Also got 100 points from ACM on this :D And got myself a Trevor Sorbie frizz ease type thing for £1.49.

With one of my last £5 No7 vouchers got a lip shimmer for 50p :D

Got some cold & flu sachets 99p but 100 points from voucher.

I also got some No7 suncream £11.50 (unfortunately not BOGOF where I am, but needed some anyway - sunny South West!), a No 7 nail polish £6, picked up a free wrap bag and then used my last £5 off No7 voucher :D I'm so pleased with the wrap bag - i never normally treat myself to nice things like this!

So all in all today, spent £15.98, got £36.48 worth of stuff & free No 7 bag too and 357 AC points. Yippee. :T

Anyone here an expert on the AC? I got an email yesterday saying I had £5 worth of points to add to my card since the 16th Jan so to go to a machine to get them added, except I'd been to a machine the previous day so surely they would've been included then? trudged off to boots anyway (well, No7 wrap was there... ;)) and put my card in but it has the same number of points I did previously.... Checked on my online account, it still had my temp card registered to it, so updated that, but my pending points reads as zero.

Could it be the email is just behind by a week, and infact my points were put on my card yonks ago? Should I contact customer services to enquire or is the former explanation more likely
