Anyone here an expert on the AC? I got an email yesterday saying I had £5 worth of points to add to my card since the 16th Jan so to go to a machine to get them added, except I'd been to a machine the previous day so surely they would've been included then? trudged off to boots anyway (well, No7 wrap was there... ;)) and put my card in but it has the same number of points I did previously.... Checked on my online account, it still had my temp card registered to it, so updated that, but my pending points reads as zero.

Could it be the email is just behind by a week, and infact my points were put on my card yonks ago? Should I contact customer services to enquire or is the former explanation more likely

I would contact customer services , see what they say , you can phone or email , details on boots.com or the back of your ac card , let us know what happens :D

Went into Boot at Durham Arneston Cerntre other day. Did 10 shops, ended up with £360 worth stuff according to receipt, not including reduced botanics), paid £60 and £32 points on card. ENded up with 30 botanics things, lots reduced to 80p's with free £5 plus moisturisers each time & got extra 100 points with each as I got a mag each time. Also got loads 99p coldcare each with 100 extra points. Also loads 6 for 1's & us3d £5 coupon each time. For hair care got the ones around £4 with 150 points. Al in all good day, but do not know what I am going to do with the stuff. Might take a photo later but all in cupboard.

Morning everyone, what fantastic pictures you've been posting, there's hope for me yet when i pluck up the courage to go for it.
I'm going to Edinburgh on Sunday can anyone point me in the right direction of the best/biggest Boots to go to?
    Thanks

    Hi tootired
the biggest boots (for amount of products anyway) is the Princes Street branch. All the SA's there have been really nice and I have never had strange looks. If you are looking for the suncream - there is some on the no7 counter downstairs and more upstairs (i think it's the 2nd aisle along). Some of the smaller shops (north bridge and the west end) have a lot of reduced items which are good for your vouchers. The smaller ones also had some sale stuff left on Monday. There are a couple of reasonable sized boots slightly further out of town but probably not worth the travel.
    Enjoy Edinburgh!!!

there was no reduced stuff there last night - even the toys that have been reduced by 90% in other stores had handwritten prices on at 50% off - cant complain though as i still got lots of bargains and 3 of the new wraps/bags :T

I've sent them an email just in case... It could be they were added on last week, but I don't recall it saying that extra points were added.... then again, I'm not sure how it works. When you enter your card into the machine does it specify "we have added X amount of points" or does it just automatically include it in the displayed total?

Yes it should be on BOGOF until March. I am off to spend some more of my £5 vouchers and get the free jewellery wrap!
