I bought some at lunch, only added a pack of vitamins (£1.69, minus £1 voucher, plus a points voucher I had). still worked fine, SA looked confused, checked numbers on all the vouchers (i had a few points ones) and the receipt, but didn't question anything.

just tried to return some suncare things, 2 lip things and 2 hair things, to exchange for something i really needed. told her i had got them on bogof, so not trying to get all 4 amounts back. so she said she had to ask the manager about it, came back saying i could exchange them but for only for other suncare products, which i told her i didn't need suncare things that was why i was returning them, but she wouldn't budge. so i took all the things home

ring customer services and ask them-they are usually really understanding-explain you got the wrong items on bogof and you would like to exchange for something else they might give you a code you can take in store with you which the sa enters on till and it tells them to put the amount on a giftcard.they helped me on the golden glow a while ago
p.s Is the sa mad! Why would anybody return suncare and then buy some more?

Sa would not give me the new vouchers today as i used points to buy my items:mad:

Thats correct, you don't earn vouchers when paying with points.
