loopylass wrote:well i went to boots today to try the BOGOF suncream to get my free bag and there was no signs on the suncream saying BOGOF so i asked the no7 lady and she said no its finished grrrrr
so i ended up getting 2 peel masks £8 each free bag no 7 voucher leaving me £11 to pay
Worked for me today in spite of no signs for 2for1 being up. Sorry you missed out - perhaps just because of misinformed staff0 -
possible important note - there is no mention of 'excludes minatures' on the new £2.50 vouchers.0

Today in Boots I found a 90% off section and I managed to get 3 Lambretta keyrings 10p each (3for 2 also) and 3 natural relaxation systems, which were reduced to £6 each (also 3 for 2).. I had no idea what it was but at that price I had to buy it

Rushed home and took 1 one of the box and WOW this is a little base unit which has a dented area which you sit a bubble filled crystal ball type thingy onto (mains or battery operated) and the ball changes colour there are 8 sound options from bird song to bubbling brook, also has a volume switch to allow it to have no sounds, light only, comes with aromatherapy beads too to allow fragrance to relax you too.. what a superb buy for £3!
Would make a wonderful Mother's day gift ( March 18th, I believe)
Loads and loads left, I think most people, like me, had no clue what they are :rotfl: :rotfl:

Cheapest way to get the new No7 Jewellery wrap
Buy 2 x No7 £7.50 suncare items on BOGOF the till recognises the spend as being £15 and so will allow the bag as a free gift.
Use £5 No7 voucher and hey presto it costs just £2.50. This must be done by Friday if you are using the No7 voucher.
Off the top of my head, after Friday the cheapest way to get it will be…
4 x No7 suncare items priced @ £5.50 and on BOGOF so total spend will be £11
There will probably be other ways that will be figured out given time using voucher combinations etc. as there are a few extra points vouchers on the ACM now too.
Jewellery wrap contains vouchers for...
250 points when you buy any product from the Hydro Quench Skincare range
- Valid until 25/04/2007
£2 off when you spend £10 on any of the great brands in our Luxury Bathing range. Includes FCUK, Natural Collection, Ted Baker, Elle Macpherson, Essential Aromatherapy, Botanics, Sanctuary, Soap&Glory, Mediterannean colection & Naked. Valid until 31/03/2007.
May be able to be combined with vouchers in the pink change one thing booklets which are 200 points when you spend £10 on Naked, Essential Aromatherapy and Sanctuary (and possibly Botanics aromatherapy?) Valid until 28/02/2007
There are also points vouchers for Sanctuary in the ACM
No7 lipstick bags & the burgundy/gold bags have points vouchers in but unfortunately they are expired after today so there’s no point buying these just for the vouchers.

money_mad wrote:Yes! I had problems today. I was buying two £7.50 pre-tanning balms (or something like that) and the assistant said I couldn't have the wrap because I had only spent £7.50 (as the BOGOF had kicked in). I said could she scan it anyway and she sort of waved the scanner at it and said "no, sorry!". I of course left it.
I wonder if this was because it was at the No 7 counter?
I can't complain too much though, because I later did two transactions of 2 No 7 facial aftersun (£7.50 each), BOGOF, so then down to £7.50 for the two, then gave my 250 No 7 points voucher followed by £5 off No 7 voucher.
So £2.50 spend for 260 points, 2 tubs of facial aftersun and the new wrap! Effectively paying me 10p to take that lot away - TWICE! :j
Both these transactions took place at the photographic counter!!!
Hope you got your free gift bags too!!0 -
Thanks for all the info on these threads everyone

I bought the Time Resisiting Day & Night Eye Care for £16.50 and got the free gift. I also got Mediterranean Melon Body Scrub for 83p, Mediterranean Wheatgerm Almond Milk Body Wash for 66p & razors for 65p all in the clearance section. I used my £5 off No7 voucher and I'd been sent a £2 Boots voucher for a survey I did so used that aswell. Grand total was £11.64 after vouchers.
I got given the skincare vouchers so I used the £2.50 ladies one to buy Time Delay facial wipes. They are £3.99 so I only had to pay £1.49.
The Mediterranean stuff had price labels showing £1 and £1.25 so I was pleased to get them even cheaper at the till! They'd also had some Time To Spa and Botanics stuff at around the same price. This was the Alloa store.0 -
ladysparklexx wrote:some of the 250 point vouchers in these bags had an expiry of november and some jan, i had one set that ended in nov, so it might be worth checking the dates as this might be why is not being added
I never thought to check as all the others I had were end of Jan. The two remaining vitamin ones are 31/1 so I assume they were the same?? Oh well Not to grumble - Boots have been more than nice to me:T
Suppose I had better get to boots then and use the rest up!!0 -
Once again a quick trip to Boots... picked up:
3 x Smile Toothpaste (65p each, 3for2), + 100pts ACM voucher
1 x 99p cold & flu tablets (reduced from £1.99), + 100pts Boots mag voucher
1 x Botanics leave in hair conditioner (£2.99... i luuuurve the smell). + 100pts Boots mag voucher
1 x Bionsen crystal deoderant stuff (£3.99), + £1 off Boots mag voucher
1 x Burgundy No7 bag (£6.50.. because it's cute, the contents is good, AND i wanted the points vouchers within!)
Also had a double points coupon thing the OH had given me.
Spent £14.77, got 369 points.
Went back, got:
2 x No7 aftersun balm (£7.50 each, BOGOF), + 250 point voucher (from No7 burgundy bag)
1 x No7 wrap bag (free!)
1 x Boots multivitamins (£1.69), + £1 off vitamins voucher from 'change one thing' book, + 300 points voucher (from No7 burgundy bag, that might be other way round with vitamins one... i forget
)

I tried to do this today and the SA said I couldnt get a free bag as I hadn't spent enough in "actual cash" (as in the voucher wasn't cash!) so I just bought the 2 No7 products and never got a free bag. I was quite disappointed as I really thought I was right and she was wrong, but I am new to Bootsing and didn't want to make a fuss. Advice please?pinkpinkfizz
