Just a thought guys...we have a Tesco Grabbit/Misprices thread and a Tesco Discussion thread, why not a Boots Grabbit Thread AND a Boots Discussion threadthat way no one should get told off for commenting or chatting about related purchases or Boots problems and we could chat away to our hearts content (well, within reason). Surely this would be beneficial for all, you moderators wouldn't have to go through a clean-up act on the main thread and we could have another thread for Boots discussion (similar to Tesco Discussion thread).
Totally agree with ZubeZube and El6724...:T and also missed reading your posts too Liver Bird, was indeed nice to see you guys back. :T

The idea of having ALL the offers in one post (like the pigsback thread) is a great idea, then people can get all the offers easily and ask questions and share bargains if necessary.
Anyway - who can tell me where the 300pt vitamin vouchers are? thanks
Burgundy and Gold N07 bag, was a freebie at xmas. Cost £6.50, has 300 points for vits and 250 points for No7.0 -

Unfortunately I had not memorised all the posts from last night but those were the ones that jumped out as being deleted by the Mods.
Supernoodle, I dont think it was your post that was cause for concern.....it was jenjellybeans one about wanting a fanfare.
Lots of the oldies on this thread will remember when our little group of 'Original Boots Tarts' made this board a very happy and smiley place. Till we were moved along to 'The Arms' to chat there. There is still too much chat on here some days, with all the excitement of the Botanics and sun stuff.... and that is quite understandable.
I think it would be very helpful to reinstate the first post like I used to run it. With clearly explained offers, how to maximise glitches, where to get the pts vouchers, finishing dates etc. That would certainly cut down the questions.
Back on topic..... electrical was not working in my Boots today either!0 -

You could get 6 No7 suncare items all at £5.50 & then use £5 voucher & still pay 50p0 -
Just got in from an exam...followed by a Boots trip! Hope I'm still allowed to post this as I've seen various comments about chat being allowed / not allowed, but here goes:
In the smaller Boots store in my town, I couldn't see any no7 suncare with either the no7 items or the suncare display, so asked an SA if they were going to get any in stock (they'd sold out of the cheap bits in the big store!). She took me straight to a stand hidden away with some clearance items on, and lo and behold there were the body buffers, firm your body, sunscreens all at half price! I wondered whether the 641 would still work, so grabbed the only 2 firm your body lotions (now £4.25 down from £8.50) plus 4 body buffers (now £2.75 down from £5.50) and took them to the till.....all went through perfectly leaving £4.25 to pay, at which point i produced my £5 voucher which also went through. The SA said, sorry I can't give you the 75p change - like I cared!! I got £40 worth of stuff for nothing! Best Bootsing ever. Now I've got to go back and get £5 worth of Botanics so I can get another set of vouchers and clear the shelves of the suncreams, which should then only cost me 75p for 6! :j :j0
