In Braehead (Glasgow) Boots today I noticed they have a promotion on No.7 mascara - buy one and get a free gift (100ml bottles of cleanser, toner, sun lotion, etc). So, a £9.50 mascara for £4.50 (after £5 voucher) with £19 worth of free aftersun and £5.50 worth of free sun cream and 56 points (can't work that one out!).

Yesterday in Stirling they had a 'Change One Thing' promotional day with freebies galore - I came home with a carrier bag full of sachets of No.7 moisturiser, omega fish oil capsules, perfume/after shave miniatures, Oilatum shampoo/face cream as well as the fruit and Lindt chocolates they were forcing me to eat instore. They also paid me £1.25 to take away 3 No.7 purifying masks (not literally, I bought other things too!).

And Boots at the retail park in Falkirk had loads of the burgundy No.7 bags but I never bought any as I couldn't remember the score with these and the vouchers/342.

re the free item with the no7 mascara.ive seen it advertised that way too but today i picked one up anyway for the no7 masks transaction i was doing.got sa to scan it and as someone else said yday it came up as zero so i got it without the mascara-the no7 toner. and did it again in another store.

Study the links in Post 1. Print it out as your shopping list.

Get a Sales Assistant to show you where all the products are.

See if you can get lots of freebies from the perfume counter staff. Never hurts to flirt!

Never pay for goods at the No 7 counter. Some right ol' jobsworth dragons work there.

Male/Pharmacy/Photo counter staff are usually the best for putting the offers thru the till.

And if you haven't already got one, get yourself an Advantage Card and check the AC machine before you shop.

For yourself, there's not that many offers on men's stuff in Boots, but they do occasionally surprise.
