no min spend on the 300 points voucher...you could combine the 2 points vouchers i suspect.. along with a £1 voucher from the green change one thing booklet.

there no minimum spend on the 300 points get the cheapest 1.59 multivuts plus green change 1 thing booklet voucher £1 off vits.

I've thought I had a very successful Bootsing day today but now realiseI made a few slip ups!!
Please can I have advise if poss on what I should do , I have the following items on different receipts
Receipt 1 Botanics Waffle Buffer NO MOISTURISER
Receipt 2 Botanics S/Sal Buffer NO MOISTURISER
Receipt 3 Botanics Sugar Scrub Charged £5
and Receipt 3 Botancs Foot pummice Charged £4
Receipt 4 Botanics Body wash NO MOISTURISER PRODUCT
and Receipt 4 Botanics loofah, No moisturiser produce
I have well and truly mucked up assisted by the SA diving in my basket and messing my organised payment lots up!!

Is there anything I can do or just wave goodbye to my moneysaving triptoday?

The SA got really stroppy and said did I have the original goods ................................. as she was now taking them back!
I said that as the transaction was made over 2hrs earlier and I had paid for the items they were mine.
She said she would call security if I didn't give them back. I was with my son's gf who'd also done the 1st same transaction with me, she pointed out to the SA she also had a reciept. When she got her's out it was the same, 49p!
So the SA said she wanted her stuff back as well
We left...............happy to keep our 1st shop intact, but not before the SA had called for a security guard to come to back desk.
Lucky for us we made a quick escape, feeling like Thelma & Louise.
Hair-raising day for us!!!!

Lillie, I wouldn't rest until the mardi cow was sacked. The Botanics offer is clearly advertised in-store. You've done nothing wrong.

Please at the very least call Customer Care. A complaint letter to the store manager about SA's making up contract law on the spot may help. Trading Standards may be interested too.

I know this has been asked a number of times but just for clarification for us all.

Does the 342 offer end on Tues 30th or Wed 31st please?

Some have been saying Tues and some Wed??
