  • Had a great 641 experience today, (after a bad one at the beginning of the week in White Rose!) and got free gifts "with every No7. purchase made- free No.7 mini product"!
A small stand in the corner of the store, with the above worded sign on! They were actually rather large 'mini's' so I asked a passing SA if I had interpreted it right? "Yes love, thats them, just choose what you want, and take them to the till!"
    Didn't dare take 6, (!) so took 3, (2xspf 15 lotion and 1x toner)!!!
    Brilliant.
When the SA scanned all the goodies, (freebies went thru at 0.00, even before any other products went thru') and gave me the grand total of £14.XX, (got lots of other bits), she said "seems like a good price to me love,
    well done"!
Brilliant! And great to get good SA's for a change!
And Thanks for all the help, advice, and tips on these threads!!!

which boots was this please? your reference to 'white rose' makes me think you are also from leeds.....

i've cheered up-thank you foxy lady!i remembered that foxy lady managed to find a no7 mirror in festivel park for £14.99 so i really had to go to investigate and i got one with my parenting voucher.i was aiming for a bogof on the £24.50 sunkit but there weren't any available but the mirror was a great replacement. Not many clearance products left but i found a botanics shaving oil reduced to 86p so got a mens moisturiser free with it and a charlie bodyspray for 30p.Also used my mag voucher for 100points on boots lemon thingies.Paid £2.15 and got 354 points back as i had a no7 250points voucher aswell. After all that effort decided to treat myself so used a £10 giftcard to buy a cerruti 1881 giftset which was reduced from £22 to £11.got 44 points and a no7voucher back aswell.
IF your happy & you know it clap your hands!!!!!!!!!!

Well, what can I say... I LOVE BOOTS!!

Today I did 5 transactions in a small Boots, each time getting 1 burgandy bag and 2 suncare items (which are half price, so got ones which originally cost £12.50 each), each time paying just £1.50 after the voucher, and getting 250 bonus boints from the vouchers inside the bags.

I then went along the road to the bigger Boots, where I did another 5 transactions, each with a £1.75 tub of Vitamin C tablets, which after using the voucher from the green change on thing booklet cost 75p each, and earnt 300 bonus points (from the bags I'd just bought along the road).

Just had it all out on my bedroom floor, and (with the use of a calculator!!) worked out:
    Total value of goods: £167.25
    Total I paid: £11.50
    Bonus points earnt: £27.50

So, my Points total has gone from a rather small £17something to £48.50! And Boots effectively paid me £16 to take £167.25 worth of goods off their hands. Does it get any better than this?!:j
  • I DID IT!!!!

I mean i finally got the guts to try 641. I did it last night plus botanics deal which i knew worked. Then was so chuffed i went back and did it again twice this morning!!

Am a bit tired of getting the big tubs of free botanics body moisturiser though, im sure i saw a list of products on here which you can get for free.
    *off to look for it..*

ooooh almost forgot, the SA this morning was in such a rush she gave me THREE £5/£3 vouchers instead of 1 :-)

    Hi,
Just come back from a Boots store where I spent over £5 but they didn't have any vouchers left. Made a quick call to customer services who were very apologetic and have added 1000 points onto my advantage card! Fantastic service. :T

Its not fair ! ;) How are people getting points for stores having run out of vouchers ???? I phoned customer services and they said that there was nothing that they could do, once the vouchers had run out that was it.

Should I try again ? I know it is being a bit greedy after all the free goods but I made up my payment last night specifically so it was over £5.

Which number are people phoning and successfully getting points?

Sorry if this sounds like whining, it is not meant to.
