Just been to middlebrook boots in bolton and got a great botanic body booster collection four item for £1.50 had quite a few items reduced near the optitions

Just got back from Romford, In the Liberty store they still have the burgandy/gold bags and the lipstick ones next to the No7 counter. There are none in the Brewery store. There are no botanic body bars or £1.50 body mitts in the Liberty. There were also no body bars in the Brewery store but didn't check the waffle mitts. These are located in the same isle as the bubble baths and soaps and not with the rest of the botanics. There is lots of suncream in both stores but in both it is scattered about. Some at the no7 counter and at the front by the tills in the brewery store. In the liberty it is in 3 places - At the back of the store with the other suncreams, there are some of the clear £5.50 pre-holiday bags but these are in the next isle opposite the pharamacy counter. There is also a small selection at the No7 stand. Both stores do not have the £5.50 lip shimmers. If you are after any 75% off gifts it would be a wasted journey as the brewery has none and the liberty has hardly anything left. If you need to know about anything i've missed let me know. Felt quite clever with myself, a friend in Canada wanted some boots No 7 which was replaced two years ago by something else but I managed to identify the replacement. The dilema now is that it is three for 2 so I can get 3 now for £17 and use a £5 no 7 voucher and get yet another £5/£3!

But isnt there another No 7 gift in the offing which starts on February 1st.

Does anyone know when the 3 for 2 finishes?

Will the two offers overlap or is that hoping for too much?

PS Does anyone use the Intelligent balance day fluid 100ml £8.50? This is the replacement for No 7 rebalancing day gel but is it the same?

well, been in boots in Barnsley this morning, the 6 4 1 suncare offer still working, and SA didn't even bat an eyelid! 3rd lot in as many days!! :j

I got 2 factor 25 sun lotion, 1 factor 25 face lotion, 2 aftersun mousse and 1 after sun tan maintainer, came to £12 (the price of the factor 25 sunlotion) and cost me £7 with voucher! result! I've now got a cupboard full of the stuff!! :rotfl:

Ragtimeplayer, where were the reduced botanics things? I had a look this morning but couldn't seem to find anything reduced. managed to bag a £2.50 lip balm and a free moisturiser + 100 point coupon from the mag.

I topped off my morning with lee stafford humidity spray for 99p after £3.00 voucher, and I've still got 5 £3 vouchers left and 1 £5 No7 voucher left!! :T

All this and I was still home before 10am! :rotfl: PS had a full shelf full of burgundy bags near the No7 counter, but don't know if they were reduced.

I am sure the 342 finishes on Tuesday.

The only offer on no7 I am aware of is the gift bag if you spend 15 or more.This is from 31st I think.

You can use the vouchers till 2/02/but I think they stop giving them out next week too. If not already run out of in your store.

Thank you. I have emailed her to see what she would like three for two this week or to wait until next week and get just two products and the free gift. Nice dilema.

Another American friend likes Boots cucumber range so i sent her three things on Thursday, postage as over £5.

Its sad that they dont have Boots over there

Just wanted to say a big thanks to everyone who has posted on the 6 4 1 and the botanics combo's I would never have had the guts to try it if I hadn't seen that it worked for so many people.

Think I might go and try the 6 4 1 again on Monday with my last $5 voucher :T

What did I do wrong?
I have been studying this thread all week thinking of the best way to attack Boots today.
My plan of action was to get the 6 for 1 but if I was to chicken to try, then 3 for 1!! Easy I thought!
When I got there my bottle completely went. I managed to pick up some wipes for the Botanics offer and then I picked up 2 Shimmering Lip and Eye Screens and an eyeliner (No7).
Got to the till and I couldnt believe the total. The wipes were £3.49 each and my No7 stuff had only gone through 3 for 2.
So, to sum up I spent too much, bought things I didn't really need and to top it all off they didn't have any vouchers left!!!!!!!!:eek:
Where did I go wrong? Can I take stuff back? Can I complain about my voucher??????
I think I need a Boots buddy!!:rolleyes:

Well I finally did a 6-for-1 - but not until I did a couple of "test" runs first.

Despite all the posts saying 6-4-1 works I must admit I did not quite believe that it would actually happen - but it does !

FIRST - did a test run to see if BOGOF was working as NO ADVERTS to this effect on No 7 suncare. Bought 2 X £5.50 Lip Shimmer, used a £5 voucher and ended up paying 50p for two items......

SECOND - did a test run to see if BOGOF and 3 for 2 was working together. Got:

3 X £9.50 No 7 Suncare Cream
3 X £8.50 No 7 Body Firming Suncare Cream

For this transaction I used points. It only charged me 950 points (£9.50) for these SIX items as it knocked off 5 items !

Now I know both of these transactions could have been done BETTER. I could have got SIX lip shimmers for 50p with the first, and with the second I could have used a voucher for another £5 discount and earnt another voucher but believe me when I say I am not greedy !!!

Having said that I could not resist the "creme de la creme" 6 for 1 transaction using a £5 voucher so got

6 * £7.50 Facial Firming Suncare Serum

It should have cost £45 - knocked off £37.50 (2 x 3 for 2 and 3 BOGOFs) so came to £7.50 - LESS £5 discount voucher = £2.50 !!!!!!

And because I bought a meal deal (£2.99) I got another voucher !!!!!!

NOW THE GIRL WHO SERVED ME WAS SHOCKED SHOCKED SHOCKED at only asking for £5.49 for all the items. She said she "really should call someone" as there is something wrong but the queue was getting bigger so she just bagged it up and let me go.

So at least I have done it ONCE !!!!! However I do not have the guts to do it again as it really is "registering on the radar" and I have at least left some on the shelves for the next person to do.....:T
