Boots Grabbit Bargains Thread part 5 - post your finds here

Off topic a bit, am in need of a bit of boots help.

I recently bought a lumie clock at Boots for £80ish, now they are reduced by £10. Do they have a policy in which they will refund you the difference if they drop their prices within so many days of you buying an item?

I found a burgundy bag, but had a jobsworth of an sa, who said it states in the terms and conditions that I could not use the voucher with a gift set and it was a previous free item. Told her I got it from another store, she asked manager who said no.

Manager in there says no to everything. This was in small store near Burger King in Princes St, Edinburgh.

So I just got:
1 x Frizzease firm hold hairspray £0.59 (after using £3 hair voucher and 14 points)

Boots 2

3 x NO7 Hair spritz
3 x NO7 lip/eye shimmers
1 x Trevor Sorbet hairspray

Used £5 and £3 vouchers, Paid £1.99p and got 129 points (used 100 points Trevor Sorbet coupon from AC Machine)

Tried the 6 for 1 in the Belfast Boots store today and it worked! My mum got 6 bottles of suncream too and was very pleased! There were none of the hair spritz or lip screens left but I got the lot for 7 quid! bargain. SA said to try next week for the hair spritz and lip screens but i bet she was fobbing me off. Had a nosey in the bottom drawer of the No7 counter too incase there was any bottles lurking there lol!

Am off tmw to see if I can find any hair spritzs at another store, have to use up those no7 vouchers!

In she mag there is an ad for the new Boots bag from 31st jan to march27th

Its is a turquoise with red flowers roll type bag which has inside
hydro quench
intelligent foundation
lash extensions mascara
lipstick reddy pink
eyeliner crayon type
eye shadow brown
really reviving product of some sort

worth £35 and you get it if you spend £15 on No7 so save a £5 vocher or two and get to boots from jan 31st before vouchers expire

Don't think so.

If you bought it fairly recently, buy another at the new price, and take it back with your old receipt, saying it was an unwanted Christmas Gift.
