    I did that!!!!! lol but i wanted reassurance cos i live miles away from family/friends who could advise me, maybe OP is in similar boat? Hope they are ok, whatever the situation is? In my job if we get a "no response" from a SU, we go down official channels. More than once i had a door knocked down as "they forgot someone knocked". Better safe than sorry imo. xx
