Downloading Legend of Mir 3

There are not many suggestions I can give but...

1) Looking at the install instructions on the web site it says "Double Click on the just downloaded file, you will have to wait a few minutes and, depending from your hardware/software configuration, the system may ask you for a reboot. When this dialog box appear press next button to install Mir automatically."

So give it a few minutes to respond, and make sure no other windows are open that might hide the dialog box when it apears. OK, I know you must have done these already but I'm clutching at straws.

2) On their forums I notice you need to make sure your firewall does not prevent it talking to their server. A forum posting on how to do this is shown here:

3) Are you using a compatible OS? I don't know which operating systems they support but if you are running, say, Windows 95, it might not work.

3) You could try emailing their support people at support@legendofmir.net or posting on their forums
in case anybody else has had a similar problem.


EDIT: I must type faster. Glad you found the solution - so obvious I didn't think of it!

My son already has the version you gave a link to, he is trying to get LOM 3 . Thanks anyway....

He's still trying to get onto the game and is now installing a patch....!
