    i've just stuck another 6 in my pot so now starting to build up even more

    £2 savers club started (1st June 2006)
    Aim: To save £1000 by 1st June 2007! Achieved £842!
    New Aim - to save £1k by 1st June 2008 - So far banked £654:p
    Change Challene - Aim £150 from 9th July 2007 - £184.66
    Bronze Olympic Challenge target £1007. Current total £3340.78:T
    Olympic Challenge Part Deux - Aim £3k and saved £1449.43 (£1550.57k to go!!!)

    Had to spend some of mine today to get some food - but still have £8 in the pot. I've decided what I'm saving mine for - when I graduate in June 2008, I'm hopefully going to buy a Dalmation puppy, so that's what I'm saving for :)

    Mortgage-free Glee!
    Banked £60 just before Christmas but haven't been doing this since as kept needing cash! Anyway, two weeks in again and I have £12 to date. I need to have a definite project in mind - earlier lot helped towards DGD's cot, etc. Hhhm, will have to choose soon.....
    Resolution:
    Think twice before spending anything!

    I need to join this group again!!!!
    I did really well with the £2 savers club last year and need to get back on the bandwagon with it, it helped pay off a gas bill that i would have been struggling with if i recall rightly.

    My jar is all in place just waiting for a £2 coin to get me started again :)

    Just registered today - reclaiming bank charges from the "ignoring me" Halifax grrrr.... anyhow this sounds like fun - do you just save all £2 coins - mmmm I'm on a money diet since I've been made redundant - but perhaps could save up for a treat for me ..... will find jar....:rotfl:
