Haven't updated for too long a time! Banked £60 worth since the start of the year (on Tuesday), and managed to fish one out of OH's pocket this morning ready to go again..... I'm hoping for another £20 by Christmas....

I got one yesterday!! Whoo hoo! This time I genuinely got it in my change as well!!
Although, I have to admit I was slightly gutted! I had intended to use my change to hire a DVD last night, but quite proud of myself, since instead of lifting another £10 we just made do with Friday night telly instead!! Therefor, £2 saved and there's no further dents in my bank account!!
Have a good Saturday everyone!!

Ive counted them this morning and have £64 not £60.0

Well done!! How long's that taken you? You must have a few more coming your way than I do! I've started saving my 20p's as well, and to date have £3!! But then it has only been 3 weeks - I need to learn not to be so impatient!! :P

Been saving them for about 5 months now. I do seem to get at least 1 or two a week. Some times more if there is any at work and I swop for pound coins. Maybe my turn will come and I dont get any for a while.0 -
I have £12 & am very pleased with it. :T
I made the mistake of showing (in a kind of gloating way) my stash to OH though & so now must find new home before he uses it for train fares (unfortunately & temptingly costs exactly £2 to get to work in the morning)0 -

I'm glad I'm not the only one that has to hide them! I won't say where mine are in case OH ever finds his way here!'We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars' - Oscar Wilde0 -
