Well, I ended up over my OD limit yesterday:eek: so had to do some jiggery pokery with my bank account and to help get me back into the black I had to empty out my £2 jar. I had already robbed if ot £10 to take away with me over the weekend but after acquiring yet more coins, I ended up putting £8 back into the jar. I managed to bank £70 yesterday to boost my account, although for some reason I did keep one back so that I can start collecting again.

I don't post on here but do save my £2 coins, after reading this thread a while ago.

Just wanted to say that I opened my tin at the start of the school holidays and had enough money in there to cover all the day trips, ice creams, trains fares/parking fees etc that we have had over holidays. :T

Kids go back to school on Wednesday and I still have £20 left:j

Thanks for the inspiration everyone :beer: , will start saving again for Christmas.

Hi everyone
Not been on for a couple months but decided it's about time I logged on.

Today I got 3 in one shop. :j No idea how many we have in our Puffin Money box which sits on the kitchen window sill but hopefully it will be around £75 when it's full.
